About

A Cottbus practice for graduates navigating German hiring

Dev Analytics exists because international university graduates kept receiving career advice written for domestic students—advice that ignored Anschreiben norms, regional employers, and residence calendars.

Advisors and graduates talking around a shared table

Origin

The practice began in Brandenburg after years of informal mentoring for classmates finishing degrees far from home. Those conversations kept circling the same gaps: Lebenslauf formatting, how to choose between Berlin and regional roles, and how to answer residence questions without panic. Formalising that work into paid consultations let us prepare properly and leave clients with written plans—not hallway tips.

We remain a small consulting practice. We do not run a placement agency, and we do not sell access to a software product. The work is conversation, document critique, and structured follow-through.
