These terms govern access to https://devanalytics.digital and engagements with Dev Analytics for employment consulting in Germany — job search strategy for international university graduates. By using the site or booking a consultation, you accept these terms.

2. Services described

Consultations, document reviews, and interview rehearsals are professional advisory services. They do not constitute legal representation, immigration counsel, or a guarantee of employment. Descriptions on the site are informational until confirmed in writing for a specific booking.

3. Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding belong to Dev Analytics. Written plans and annotated documents prepared for you may be used for your personal job search. You may not resell our materials or republish guides without permission.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (degree details, residence status, availability). Misleading inputs may limit the usefulness of advice. You remain responsible for applications you submit and decisions you take with employers or authorities.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dev Analytics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from career outcomes after consulting. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under German law, including for intent or gross negligence.

6. Website availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Forms on this site use a mock demonstration endpoint for submission feedback; confirmed bookings are finalised by email or phone.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in the applicable jurisdiction for Cottbus, Brandenburg, shall have competence where legally permitted, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
