Warning signs
Your opening restates the job title. Your middle paragraph lists modules from your transcript. Your closing begs for “a chance to prove myself” without naming a contribution.
Repair sequence
- Pull three phrases from the Stellenausschreibung and answer them directly in plain German or clear English.
- Replace one academic achievement with one workplace behaviour from an internship.
- Cut the letter to under three-quarters of a page.
Test with a reader
Ask a classmate who already works in Germany to skim for thirty seconds and underline anything confusing. Fix those lines before you resume volume.
