This flagship session is the commercial core of Dev Analytics: employment consulting focused on job search strategy for international university graduates in Germany. We sit with you—not with a software product—and pressure-test where your profile fits regional hiring realities in Brandenburg and beyond.

Scope of the session

We begin with your current status: student, Absolvent, or job-seeker residence. That context decides which application timelines are realistic. Then we examine your degree against typical Stellenausschreibungen in your field—engineering, life sciences, business, IT-adjacent roles, or public-sector adjacent work—and name the mismatches early.

You leave with a four-week cadence: how many tailored applications, which job boards and company career pages matter for your field, and when to practise German interview answers versus English-first conversations.

Delivery

Sessions run from our Cottbus office on Charlottenstrasse or by video when you are elsewhere in Germany. Preparation takes about forty-five minutes on your side. The consultation itself lasts ninety minutes. Follow-up email clarification on the written plan is included for seven days.

Pricing basis
